2023-2024 SUPPLY LISTS

The following is a reflection of the school supplies our students will need for the  school year. As the year progresses, it will be necessary to replenish these supplies as they are consumed. Parents/guardians may wish to purchase additional supplies throughout the summer as they find them on sale.

Kindergarten

(English & Early French Immersion) The following is a list of basic school supplies that our kindergarten students will need to start off the school year.  As the year progresses, it will be necessary to replenish these supplies as they are consumed.  You may wish to purchase additional supplies throughout the summer as you find them on sale.
  • A book bag – a zippered knapsack is the easiest for young children to carry and one that is large enough to carry bigger items (i.e., library books, art work, etc.). Please attach a luggage tag to the school bag with your child’s name and address;
  • Sneakers – Velcro closures are best unless your child can tie his/her own shoelaces. Sneaker boots are unsuitable as children cannot easily put them on or take them off;
  • On PE days, your child should wear appropriate clothing for physical activity (i.e., gym pants, sweat or t-shirts, and non-marking sneakers);
  • 2 pks. crayons (box of 24);
  • 1 pk. washable markers;
  • 2 dry erase markers;
  • 1 pk. HB pencils (sharpened);
  • 1 pencil sharpener;
  • 1 hard shell pencil box;
  • 1 pair of metal scissors with rounded tips;
  • headphones [not earbuds] (in a labelled Ziploc bag);
  • 1 scrapbook (approximate size 9” x 12”);

  • 1 pk. exercise books (package of four);
  • 1 water bottle (labelled with your child’s name);
  • 3 glue sticks (40-gram size); and,
  • 2 erasers.
You should also provide a complete change of clothing for your child in a labeled Ziploc bag to be kept at school.  This will save a tremendous amount of time if “accidents” occur. NOTE:  Our kindergarten teachers are always on the lookout for donations of wipes, Ziploc bags (large), and tissues.  If you are in a position to donate any of these items, it would be tremendously appreciated.
